Liability & Product Responsibility.

I. Supervision & Ownership

All products curated by MOOSIMA PETS are intended for use strictly under continuous adult supervision. The customer acknowledges that the safety of the pet is a shared responsibility. No pet accessory is indestructible; therefore, the user assumes all risks associated with the product's use.

II. Suitability Standards

It is the sole authority of the purchaser to determine the suitability of any item for their pet's specific breed, size, and temperament. MOOSIMA PETS disclaims any liability for injuries resulting from the selection of an inappropriate size or category.

III. Maintenance & Integrity

Equipment must be inspected prior to every application. At the first sign of fraying, structural fatigue, or mechanical failure, the product must be retired from service immediately. Use of damaged gear is at the owner's absolute risk.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOOSIMA PETS shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental injuries resulting from the use, misuse, or reliance upon products acquired through this platform.
