REFUND POLICY

1. Final Sale & Quality Guarantee At MOOSIMA™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to our international shipping and boutique operations, all sales are final. We only accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. 14-Day Reporting Period If your item is damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

3. How to Request a Refund To initiate a request, please visit our "Request a Return" page and fill out our official form. You must provide:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The email address used for the purchase.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Note: Requests without photographic evidence cannot be processed.

4. Inspection and Resolution Once your request is submitted, our team will review the evidence within 24-48 hours. If approved:

  • We will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Send a free replacement to your address, depending on your preference.

  • In most cases of damage, you will not be required to ship the item back to us.

5. Non-Returnable Situations We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Slight color variations due to monitor settings.

6. Refund Processing Time If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
